Timed & dated appointments
ditto offers a 3 hours ‘change of mind’ guarantee on an appointment scheduled. If you cancel your appointment 3 hours before your appointment schedule, we will give you 100% refund subject to our Partner Cancellation Policy. After 3 hrs if you do not show up to the appointment schedule we offer a credit note to your ditto wallet for the full value of the purchase. ditto wallet can only be used online and must be redeemed in participating vendors. Booking id will be redeemed only once service is availed.
Partner cancellation policy
All of our partners have a cancellation policy which means no bookings can be amended or cancelled within a specific period leading up to the date of your appointment. For example, a policy of 3 hrs means no booking can be amended or cancelled within 3 hrs leading up to the date of your appointment.
