Why should I make ditto my wellness companion?
ditto is your one stop shop for everything wellness! It gives you a platform to linger around, get information and book a service from your favorite spa/salon. It offers you affordable prices, real-time slots/e-voucher, access to 450+ stations & the best in class service choices.
Only thing you’ll need to do is, sign up with ditto (For free!). Once this is done, you’re a free bird to book any service and venue of your choice at your preferred time!

How do I register with ditto?
To become a part of the ditto family, click on the Sign Up button on the home page. You can register with your Facebook or Twitter account or create an account with your e-mail address and a password (It’s that simple!)
You can enter a name and picture that will appear on your profile. (We promise not to disclose your details at any cost!)
PS: You can edit your details at any given point
Then simply click SignUp, check your e-mail to confirm, and get started! A world of Wellness await you!
How do I edit my profile?
Go to your profile section on the top right side of any ditto page. In your Profile, click Edit Settings. We give you the option to add/edit/delete your display picture, your contact details, bio and other preferences.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every month, ditto sends out a newsletter tailored to your home city, and individual preferences. The newsletter showcases new centre's near you, gives the latest buzz from our blogs, updates on your favorite places, and more.
Click on your profile section on the top right side of any ditto page. In your profile, click edit settings, then scroll down to E-mail settings and click manage. To subscribe, put a check next to newsletter, and click save changes. To unsubscribe, uncheck the box
What if I forget my account password?
When signing in you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'
I'm new to this, how do I choose from over a hundred options provided by multiple wellness and personal care service providers?
We, at ditto understand that not everyone is familiar with terms like Abhyangam or know about the nuances involved in a AHA Facial. We encourage you to browse through our service description which would help you make better decisions while availing a treatment, therapy, or any other service. We promise that, at the end you will feel relaxed & gorgeous like never before!

Why can't I find a Spa/Salon or any other center using ditto search?
If the centre you are looking for is still not visible, it is probably because the center is not yet listed on ditto. You can go to our Contact Us section and request listing of the center so that we partner with them and provide you with your favorite options in town!
How do I book an appointment?
After choosing a service provider of your interest, you can book an appointment by clicking on ‘Book Appointment’. You can book an appointment for your preferred service on real-time slot basis or an E-voucher model valid for 1 month. As soon as the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation SMS and an e-mail of the same. It is as simple as it can get!
How can I cancel/re-schedule my appointment?
To cancel/reschedule an appointment that you have booked, go to your account page and click on the particular appointment you want to cancel/reschedule, and then click 'Cancel / Reschedule Appointment' or contact us for quicker assistance.
How do I report a centre?
To report a centre as temporarily (or permanently) closed, or is giving a bad service, please click contact us at the bottom of the listing and let us know.
Why was my review removed?
ditto prohibits certain things from reviews, including profanity, personal attacks, and legal issues. It’s possible that your review was in violation of one of those things. Negative reviews are perfectly alright, however, we encourage you to re-post your review, possibly in more general terms.
