Sleep is a very important factor for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Here are four great tips from Gomalon for getting better sleep for all you mothers-to-be out there.

1. Food- Stop snacking at night. Have your dinner atleast 2 hours before you go to bed. This will ensure that your body is light, comfortable and ready to relax. Avoid spicy and hot food during nights. Have loads of water during the day and start reducing water intake in the night.
