Gomalon- Updates!

We have come a long way from scratch to Beta in the last six months. After weeks of ideating, building, testing and rebuilding, Gomalon beta is ready to face the heat. We are really excited about all the work that we have been doing in the last few months, thought it’s high time that we update you as well!

• A fresh approach towards wellness

Gomalon, as a concept believes in bringing technology to the world of wellness. This will be a revolution in this traditional age-old industry as nobody has tried it out yet. We are the first movers in this sector and are proud to announce that we are based out of India’s startup capital- Bengaluru.

Through Gomalon, you can search for the best spas, salons and gyms in any locality, book an appointment there online and write reviews about your experience. Beauty and wellness are sensitive topics for everyone and anybody who wants to try out a spa or salon would prefer to be recommended. The reviews on Gomalon would help people with the trust factor.

Another important feature that we have is the knowledge base. Sometimes you face problems for which you don’t exactly have any solutions to refer to. For instance, hair loss is a common problem in metro cities and people might not know how to go about it. We started Gomalon from zero. The number of businesses with us when we started was also zero. We are proud to announce that we have over 600+ businesses registered now on Gomalon.

It was a herculean task to personally reach out to each and every spa, salon, gym, ayurveda and yoga centres in the town, meet them, learn about their needs and businesses. It was fun meeting them and clicking photographs of their businesses. We believe it is important to upload real photos of the places rather that glossy and photo-shopped ones as this will help our customers make better decisions for themselves.

• Web- Things look good on the Beta version of our website

The beta version of the website is up and it is now open for bookings and reviews. The primary goal behind the website was to create an incredible user experience by making it easy to book appointments and navigate across various businesses. With the Beta version launched, things really look good here at Gomalon.

For ease of search, we have included city collections- a handful of the best spas, salons and gym  in the city to make life easier for you.

Incase you are looking for a service and not a particular business, we have covered that too in our website at “Discover Services”. This option unveils twelve different services like bridal packages, tattoo, homeopathy, ayurveda and salon. This gives one a better and easier user experience than browsing through endlessly.

We believe in giving the topmost priority to the customers’ time- so we have added numerous filters that help the user to reach her/his perfect choice for wellness. One can use filters like gender, locality, facilities that the businesses will have and by offers or discounts.
